Announcing Transfer of Ownership

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the legacy of Let’s Dance Studio! Proudly “Teaching the Upstate Since 1978,” Let’s Dance has been a cornerstone of the local dance community for over four decades. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re equally excited to share that ownership of the studio is officially transitioning from Amy Forde to Adam Jones. This marks the third successful change in leadership since the studio’s founding—each one building on the passion, creativity, & dedication that have made Let’s Dance a beloved part of the Upstate.

We’re confident the tradition of excellence will continue to thrive.

Experience & Dedication

We are proud to reintroduce Adam Jones, a familiar face and valued member of the Let’s Dance family since 2017. After relocating from Los Angeles, California, Adam brought with him a wealth of experience in dance education, professional performance, teaching, & judging. His passion for the art form and commitment to nurturing young artists have made him a standout member of our faculty.

Continuing the Legacy

As we look ahead to this exciting new chapter, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to Amy Forde for her nearly three decades of passionate leadership and vision. Since taking over ownership from founder Kathy Cadenhead in 1995, Amy has not only upheld the spirit of Let’s Dance—she’s expanded it, growing the program from a single studio to two thriving locations.

Under Amy’s guidance, Let’s Dance has become more than just a dance studio—it’s become a second home for generations of families. Amy’s heart, creativity, and dedication have left an indelible mark on the Upstate dance community, and we are endlessly thankful for the legacy she has built and nurtured.
